These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use QuickList Floor Plans and order our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

QuickList creates digital floor plans for property marketing based primarily on the information and materials provided by the customer. Our floor plans are intended for marketing and presentation purposes only. They are not architectural, construction, surveying, or legally certified documents and should not be used for those purposes.

2. Customer-Provided Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and materials. QuickList will create the floor plan based on the information provided. If information is unclear, incomplete, or conflicting, we may contact you for clarification or make reasonable assumptions when necessary.

3. Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to create accurate floor plans, but measurements and other details may not always be exact. Customers are responsible for reviewing their completed floor plan and notifying QuickList of any errors or requested changes.

Fixtures, furniture, appliances, and other elements shown on a floor plan are representations and may not exactly match those at the property.

4. Revisions

Revisions are intended to correct errors or make reasonable changes based on the original information provided. Requests resulting from new or substantially different information may require an additional fee.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Orders are typically completed within the turnaround time stated at the time of purchase, provided that QuickList has received all necessary information. An unusually high volume of sales could potentially delay the turnaround. Completed files will be delivered digitally in the file formats requested / included with the selected product.

6. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment is required when an order is placed. Once work has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the circumstances. If the finished product is considered unsatisfactory, even after revisions have been completed, we will usually offer a full refund.

7. Customer Use

After receiving a completed floor plan, customers may use it for marketing and advertising the property, including property listings, websites, social media, brochures, and similar promotional materials.

8. Our Right to Use Completed Work

QuickList may use completed floor plans and related project images or information in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials.

Note: If desired, customers may request that their project not be used for public marketing.

​

9. Intellectual Property

QuickList retains ownership of its branding, website content, templates, graphics, and other materials used to provide our services. The customer's permitted use of a completed floor plan is described above.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuickList is not responsible for losses, damages, or other issues resulting from the use of a floor plan for purposes other than marketing and presentation. Customers should independently verify measurements and property details when accuracy is important.​

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
