Do I have to download an app?
No. We don’t use room scanning apps. We want the whole process to be as quick and easy as possible for you.

What do you need from me in order to make a floor plan?
You have options. The easiest option for you might be to just send us some photos and the street address of the property. If your listing is already publicly available, all you would need to do is send us a link. Alternatively, the quickest way to receive your floor plan is to provide us with a photo or scan of the original blueprints / construction documents. If those aren't readily available, you could also send us a hand drawn sketch of the floor plan. Don't worry if it's not pretty or to scale - we'll take care of that - it just helps us to have a basic idea of the layout. Sending us other information such as a simple video tour shot on your phone or dimensions of the major rooms can also help speed up the process. Whatever you do, just don't spend a lot of time on it. Just send us what you have, and we'll take it from there.

How long does it take to fill out the order form?
It depends on how many items you upload and how much property information you share with us. If you already have a publicly available listing you won't need to give us much, so you may be able to complete the form in less than 5 minutes.

How long will it take to receive my order?
2D floor plans ordered on business days before noon (EST) are typically completed the same day. 3D floor plans usually take one to two business days to complete. These time frames are not an absolute guarantee, but they are highly likely under normal circumstances.

Can I order more than one floor plan in the same purchase?
Currently, you can only order one floor plan in each purchase. We hope to allow multiple orders in the same purchase sometime in the future.
PRICES
How much will my floor plan cost?
The price of your floor plan is determined by two factors: the style of floor plan you want, and the square footage of your space. Below are the prices for all of our products as of August 2026.
Basic 2D ≤ 2,500 sf.: $60
Basic 2D 2,500 - 5,000 sf.: $90
Custom 2D ≤ 2,500 sf.: $75
Custom 2D 2,500 - 5,000 sf.: $105
Standard 3D ≤ 2,500 sf.: $180
Standard 3D 2,500 - 5,000 sf.: $240
All floor plans over 5,000 square feet require a custom quote.

Are there any added costs or fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay.
REVISIONS
What if there is something on my floor plan that doesn’t look quite right?
If something on your floorplan doesn't look right, the easiest solution is to reply to the email your order was sent on and explain what needs fixed. If you send a new email rather than a reply, be sure to include your order number. We'll do our best to address the issue and can usually send you your revision on the same day it was requested (weekdays only).

How many free revisions do I get?
We do not currently have a limit on how many free revisions you can request.

What if I am still not satisfied with my floor plan?
If you are not satisfied with your floor plan, we will typically work with you to revise it as needed. In the unlikely event that you still are not satisfied after the revision process, we will offer you a full refund.

What format will my floor plan be in?
You will receive high resolution JPG, PNG, and PDF files for your floor plan. You will not receive a hard copy of the plan but are welcome to print it if desired.

What if I need my floor plan to be a specific size or aspect ratio?
If you need your floor plan to be a specific size, let us know on the order form. If you forgot to specify the size you want on the order form, you can send us an email with your request (be sure to include your order number).

How can my floor plan be used?
Suggested uses for your marketing floor plan include: real estate marketplace apps, social media platforms, hotel and vacation rental websites, brochures, and take home packets.

Can I print my floor plan?
Yes, it is your floor plan to use as you want. We encourage you to use it in all of your promotional and informational materials.

Does QuickList provide construction documents or permit drawings?
No. QuickList only provides marketing floor plans (sometimes called listing floor plans). Marketing floor plans are intended to represent a space in a way that makes it easy for potential buyers and renters to understand. They cannot be used as the basis for constructing a building.

Does it matter where my property is located?
QuickList is currently only accepting orders from the United States.
